If you are 15 minutes or more late for your session you’re booking is automatically cancelled with no refund.
Your booking may be cancelled if you do not abide by our terms and conditions.
This includes being reckless or dangerous, not following staff instructions or conducting your self in an anti social manner.
Swearing bullying or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
Intoxicated or drug affected people will not be permitted on the premises.

- NO Food Drink or gum on mats
- NO Belt buckles studs on clothing keys or sharp objects on mats
- NO Shoes on mats
- NO Swearing
- NO Bullying
- NO Removing your shirt
